This is the tallest building in Oslo and is located centrally within a few minutes of the central station. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice but still had a tall tub for shower which was a bit slippery. Elevators worked well but one has to enter floor numbers ahead using secure card. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Just concluded a delightful 3-night stay at this exceptional hotel. Situated in a prime location, the hotel provided a top-notch service throughout our visit. The bathroom, complete with a heated towel rail and underfloor heating, proved to be a delightful amenity, especially considering the frigid temperature of -28. Our mornings began with breakfast at the hotel, where the buffet offered a consistent array of hot and cold options, along with various beverage choices. Despite the repetition in options, the quality and variety made each breakfast enjoyable. In sum, our stay was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oslo. Its proximity to the train station, accessible via a footbridge, a nearby shopping center, and the convenience of everything within walking distance make it an ideal choice.

The room size is good. Everything is clean. The room interior is very basic for a 4 star hotel, made of cheap materials. The room we are staying the power was out for several hours. I called many times for the service, no one picked up the phone on the other end. I stepped out and complained to the cleaning lady on the hallway, she said she will call someone to take care of it, just wait in the room. 1.5 hours later, that someone never showed up. Very bad service. Finally I had to go down the lobby and tell the front desk... it was a very cold winter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby. The nice environment was immediately apparent, with tasteful decor and a soothing ambiance that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The staff at this hotel are incredibly polite and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that my every need was met, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendliness truly added to the overall positive experience. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the new facilities are a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing top-notch accommodations. I appreciated the many facilities available, from the well-equipped fitness center to the inviting spa and pool area. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site spa and pool. The spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, while the pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was more than decent; it was delicious. The variety of options and the quality of the food made for a great start to each day of my stay. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect choice for anyone seeking a nice environment, polite staff, spacious accommodations, new facilities, many amenities, and a delightful spa and pool, all while enjoying a satisfying breakfast.

Hotel is conveniently located next Oslo Central Station. You can easily reach the hotel by crossing an overhead bridge. There are good food choices in the hotel and around the area. It is also very easy to travel to attractions around Oslo. Buffet breakfast was yummy with a good selection of different items. The service staff made sure the food items were refilled regularly. Hotel staff were friendly and provided good service. They were very helpful when we asked them for information.
