It’s the perfect location! And that’s about it. They don’t have most of amenities and let’s just say, staff are not the nicest people you have met, lol!

We wanted to like this place so much but unfortunately our experience was terrible. The issue was our room. Two of the bathroom light bulbs were out, the TV over the bathtub didn't work, the AC didn't work, and the plug to the bathtub wasn't working either. After 30 minutes of trying to fix it ourselves, we had to call the attendant to fix it. For paying over $300 for the night, we definitely expected far better. The only good thing was the staff as they were friendly.

Really disappointed by the hotel (location was great). Room was really worn out. The intercom went off throughout the night and we got really bad sleep. I would actively recommend people spend the money (which was fairly pricey) somewhere else.

Lovely modern hotel in center of roma, a dream comes true. Dust free rooms and this is my second stay, am always coming back for the great location, very attentive staff and very clean room. Thank mohmd and noor for making my stay special and comfy for the second time. Thank san carlo team from being so nice and professional from booking till i get to the airport. Ciao
