What a great start of the year we had staying at this hotel! Our work trip extended by a staycation in Grand Millennium was a great idea.. We stayed in a king sweet, enjoyed dining outside on a terrace with a life entertainment of a singing duo and had a fun time with floating breakfast on one of the mornings. The hotel has a newly opened beach club which is a great addition to its facilities. Location of the hotel is perfect as it’s situated between two big malls, while only few minutes drive from the beach. Stuff was extremely welcoming and very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

I have been last weekend with my family. Bad experience. I could not regulate the temperature in the room. It is possible to diminish (with air conditioning) but not to increase (our room was at 20/21º). None of the service people was able to help us. They came to the room, they assured me that the increase and maintenance in 25º was assured, and then I saw that this did not happen (they cheated me). I complained to the manager. She did not pay ever attention to my claim. She simulated to feel sorry. Other thing: very bad breakfast with a cost of nearly 30 Euros. Not recommendable this hotel.

However, what truly set this establishment apart was its staff—remarkably welcoming and hospitable, ensuring every moment was met with warmth and attentiveness. The Grand Millennium in Muscat is a testament to refined indulgence, deserving of its unequivocal five-star acclaim.
