I went to Muscat on a business trip and I was able to enjoy the good quality of Radisson Blu. The pool was nice, the restaurant was very nice, with local dishes and the reception had a very positive treatment to me. Very attentive and efficient. The hotel is a bit outdated in some details(slow charging of electric devices), but in general, it was a very positive stay. Maybe, when I come back to Muscat, I will consider again this option

Lovely staff and facilities. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. Salim who runs the poolside bar is super friendly, great at his job and very professional - this is the cleanest bar I've seen in the entire Gulf area. This is a great place to stay if you are a solo traveller who likes a quiet hotel and good staff. Great food options too!

Would recommend the hotels for vegetarians. The chef, Sampath took extra effort and made sure we had a scrumptious vegetarian buffet spread for breakfast. The hotel staff had a smiling face and were always eager to help. The location is also good, if you are particular about vegetarian Indian restaurants nearby.

A Great hotel. Mr Singh on reception great customer service and very helpful. Really nice man a credit to the hotel. Also Salim at the bar pool. Loved Salim he was a really lovely man he made great cocktails and provided such an excellent service. Salim needs to be promoted to Manager and given a pay rise. The guy who gave out the towels at the pool I didn’t get his name, but he was really nice too. All the staff I met even the room staff were really lovely. The only person I didn’t like was the lady on reception when I arrived all dressed in black she was miserable and surly and wanted to charge me £30 to check in early or wait 5 hours, so annoying especially after a long flight. She was miserable throughout my stay. I think she needs to be removed from reception. Apart from her I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
