Another fantastic stay at Grange House Hotel. Breakfast is delicious, rooms were extremely clean. I am so glad I found this little gem last year won’t stay anywhere else!! Terry and Anita are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you both so much see you next year!!! Xx

Breakfast was plentiful nice guy was attentive and offered us more of toast juices etc. only saw the hostess once very quickly on arrival. Location is perfect . The let down was the room it was a double bed and a single bed in what we believe was originally a single room, I had to climb over the double bed to get to the toilet both beds were uncomfortable and the decor painting was unfinished. The beds or bedding were itchy and we could feel the springs in the mattress. We’ve been coming to Blackpool for over 35 years in different b and b and we’ve never come across a room soo small for 3 adults. We felt let down

What a lovely friendly place this hotel is you get a lovely warm welcome on arrival the breakfast are fresh and plentiful the rooms and hotel are spotless your just a five minute walk from the tower and sea front will definitely going back again thanks Terry and Anita

Just got back from a long weekend break in blackpool.. chose this hotel purely on location and it's rating and was definitely not disappointed.. the friendly and welcoming hosts Terry and Anita couldn't do anything more to make us feel at home. . The room number 8 was clean and tidy and had all we needed to enjoy our stay.. Breakfast was spot on a great selection of cereal. Toast with Jam or marmalade and then there Anita's full English breakfast.. tasty every morning with Terry doing a great job of serving/entertaining the guests There bar was open on a evening so when we came back from the excellent choice of shows all within walking distance of the hotel Terry was there ready to serve a cheeky night cap or two.. My overall thoughts are if you are coming to Blackpool and want to be close to all the attractions.. this is the place to stay. So I'd just like say a BIG THANK YOU to Terry and Anita for our stay.. hope all goes well for the rest of this year and we will be in touch to book up next year.. Thanks again Rob & Karen
