XCLUSIVE Hotel Apartments

If there would Have Had been an option To Give Negative Ratings - I am sure this hotel would have had been getting the maximum of them from me . So after the entire days journey - we check in at evening around 10:00 pm with my wife and 2 children’s. The room looks fine though but had cockroaches to welcome us - I somehow ignored it but then when going for a shower - the Bathroom has no Hot Water . As we were tired - I had no energy to get the issue addressed , I somehow made the kids take a shower in the cold water and crashed off . The next morning after repeated calls - finally the maintenance guy shows up at 11:00 am and the drill started . On repeated calls to the reception All they had to give were lame excuses and timelines … I had to leave for some urgent work so irrespective of the water heater being fixed I left . At 2:30 pm , I finally being exhausted and harrased with the hotel - I reached out to AGODA as I made the booking from them - agoda as always was very responsive and helpful but The Agoda Team couldn’t do much but coordinate with the Hotel Management for us - The Agoda team were told at 2:45pm that in an hour the issue would be resolved . And guess what nothing happened after an hour too . 11:00 am till evening 5:30 pm the issue did not get fixed , my family couldn’t take a shower the entire day and we’re strangulated in the room as the water heater was not fixed . We are on a holiday and are stuck in the room coz the hotel we have paid for doesn’t believe that providing hot water is a basic yet important necessity . My kids due to change of weather we’re not feeling great and making them take a shower in cold water was risky . The entire day was wasted for us and the hotel management was least concerned about it . They were not ready to shift us to the other room nor fix the issue for us . They had the audacity to tell us that if they shift us to the other room they will charge us more . U have to be humans first before being anything or anyone else . Which hotel does this ? ? Why should we suffer for the hotels mistake or short comings . There are issues like -: : The House keeping takes hours to revert back :When asked for towels - they give us 1 towel for a family of 4 . : Cockroaches in the room . I was furious and feel the hotel should be penalized for the horrific experience and the torture Me and My Family had undergone . But they would not even be courteous to offer some kind of reassurance or compensation . The AGODA TEAM was our only savior here as the hotel Management would honor and respond to the agoda customer support I would not suggest anyone to take a chance with this hotel and in case if u have made your bookings Good Luck . Pathetic experience and waste of time .

Rooms are great for value but their customer service is the worst! They treat us like trash. The way they talk and shout. They will let you wait for 3hours in the lobby before you can check-in. They will not disclose all terms and once you check out they will charge you extra and deduct it to your 500 AED deposit in the contract hand written by their reception. Btw, they charge us 300 without receipt.
