The hotel is nice, the staff is great, but it's quite noisy due to the location. I had trouble sleeping on the first night, but I believe you'll acclimate to the noise, especially after a long day of touring.

Not more than 1 star hotel, location is okay but nothing else breakfast is below Average staff is nice. we spent one day without hot water and one day without water staff said it is not their problem it is goverment probleme I don't recommend for vacation

Not more than 2 star hotel overrated, location is okay but nothing else breakfast is below normal staff is not qualified nobody understand any language other than Georian, we spent one day without water and the staff said it is not their problem it is company problem I don't recommend for vacation

This is a really beautiful hotel with amazing staff and a great breakfast buffet. They've done a great job with renovations, though they're not quite finished yet. All the rooms have at least one or two separate bedrooms from the main room, so it's ideal for a family or friends who need/want some privacy. It's unfortunately not in the most beautiful part of town, but it's close to buses and the metro. Plus there's plenty of good food within walking distance.
