Dirty walls, no shower available, the jacuzzi doesn’t work properly and smells, no hot water for shower. We paid breakfast and in four mornings we only received our breakfast once. No one ever available at the reception desk. The phone numbers that they provide are no available or no one answer. Bellow the bed there was lots of garbage.

We spent there two nights and we would not again. The bathroom can be cleaner and there should be atleast sometime somenone behind the desk (atleast check in). We get everything via phone. We should had a breakfast, starting from 8am but nobody was there and we had a reservation to colosseum so we cannot wait until someone arrive. So instead of two breakfasts we did not pay city tax. But we lose 6 euro.

Very nice and clean rooms and you get breakfast to the bed. 🙂 Additionally there staff is very friendly and helpful. You have to go to the first floor and then go right when you want to enter the Gregor Guest House. When you want to walk from there to the oldtown you pass the Vatican. A bus station is in front of the House. It drives to the Vatican in about 10 minutes and 20-25 to the oldtown. I can very recommend a stay there.

This is a nice little place. It was a bit confusing on getting to the rooms. The entrance to the building is not to the actual place you need. Go to the left and up the stairs one floor. To the right, you will see another door with the name Gregori Guest house. Ring the buzzer and you will be let in. The staff speaks English well and are friendly. They will also answer questions about things in the area and show you a map. The room was clean and was exactly what I was looking for. No view, but that was fine with me. It is a short walk to Vatican City and along a bus route to the Colosseum.
