Pretty nice Hotel. We were lucky enough to have a balcony room overlooking the mountain and it was mind blowing. Hotel has a nice breakfast as well. We like the location right in the middle of all the option. Not too far down the hill and not too far up the hill and right under us was a grocery store.

Our first time here in Switzerland, I booked this hotel online as the price was very reasonable. Upon arrival the woman i the front desk was VERY nice, offered us an upgrade to an apartment for $20, bus passes and some great advice. The apartment was awesome, very clean and the views were out of this world from our balcony, simply incredible

Service: very helpful and friendly, quick check in/out. Can exchange currency at a quite reasonable rate. Room: acceptable and clean. The mattress however seems to move whenever you move. Not the most comfortable. House keeping was quick. No in-room safety box. Bath: shower box/tub is properly covered so the water does not splash/drip all over thre floor. For elderlies, it is best to sit when getting into the tub. Location: 5-7 mins walk to Grindelwald station, and the same but opposite direction to Grindelwald-First cable car. Breakfast: Limited menu. Wifi: not the fastest, especially inside the room Overall, recommended (7,5/10)

We stayed there for one night, which was terrible experience for us. So we did booked the two people room for three accidentally. The front desk lady was rude and inpatient when she was helping us. While we were booking hy another hotel, she looked us with side eyes and told us that we could not go to the room while we were booking. She also mentioned there would be cameras everywhere in the hotel to warn us if three of us would try to go up the hotel. We are three Asian girls. And her altitude towards us were totally different once she started to help us compared to her altitude towards other white customers. She is racist.
