B&B galaxy WARNING What they don't tell you. Have to call them when u get there. You have to walk with all your luggage to register 2 blocks from the place Room clean i will give them that. Asked for 4 beds got 3 called them they came got the bed, blamed it on an old maid who sometimes forgets things. Never saw an old maid. Once in the room fridge not working, vent in bathroom not working, AC barely working that they control the temperature. Told them about it all. They came looked at the bathroom 3 days later vent never fixed . Took them 5 days to get another fridge in the room that did not cool much either. Asked them to leave air on so we could have some cool ac when we came back. They turned it off every time.They wanted you to drop off the key to them every nite by 10:00. Made you leave 250.00 deposit to keep the key. One day we came early and could not get in the room Maid double locked the door and had to wait for them to come and open the door. Terrible, terrible management .

Good staff, entry into room smelt strongly of smoke. Can't leave the door open for Fong into your room otherwise your room stinks. Room was tidy enough. Said on internet it had a bath but didn't.

Run away... Without a doubt, the worst experience I have had with an accommodation. We arrive and they tell us that they have given our room to other guests who had arrived an hour before us. After talking for 20 minutes on the phone with a colleague, they put us in a room similar to what we had hired. We were going to stay three nights and they told us that on the second day we would have to leave the room and they would relocate us to another room, which we could enter from 12:00 p.m. I ask them to cancel the last night and they confirm that in this case they will not refund the amount for the last night. With no other choice, we return at 3:30 p.m. to rest a little and, to our surprise, they tell us that our new room will not be available until 6:00 p.m. I complained to the website and to the accommodation itself without any success. Finally at 5:30 p.m. they give us the key to the room and, again to our surprise, we find the bed made in any way, the floor full of hair of all sizes and a bag with dirty clothes... To To resolve all these problems I have dealt with five hotel employees and confirm that two of them compete to see who is more unpleasant.
