The hotel is a bit hard to find, as there is a hotel with almost the exact same name (Via Veneto Luxury Suites), just 300 feet away. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The room was well decorated and an average size for Europe. I wished it was cleaned a bit better. The walls were covered in dust, bathrooms were just wiped down, not thoroughly cleaned, and the shower was caked in soap scum. The intense shower head, which was at first exciting, turned out to be a nightmare. Making it impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor with water. I had to use two bath towels as bath mats to prevent slipping (towels which they did not replace) The Wi-Fi did not work well (at least in our section of the hotel). The lack of a staff at night takes some getting used to, but if that doesn’t bother you, the gate is easy to understand. The building is not at all handicap accessible and you will need to carry your bags up and down stairs (even if you are staying on the ground level. Staff: 5 stars Cleanliness: 3 stars Location: 3 stars (not much around in terms of food/drink) Value was decent for what you paid

This is a great location most of the attractions in Rome are walkable distance from the hotel. it’s not one of the best hotels, but when In Rome, who stays in the hotel, there are lot more things to do and see in Rome rather than spending a lot of time in a hotel, so it’s decent hotel to just stay. And the breakfast is also decent.

Great location and walking distance to several attractions! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful! Rooms are very spacious, the complimentary breakfast was a great as well!! We will definitely be back!

First and foremost this isn’t a hotel it’s a guesthouse. Upon reaching the property we were completely surprised that its not an actual hotel and the reception closes at 7:30! Our reservation was made through booking (which was another mistake) , after speaking to both the receptionist and property manager to try and cancel our booking and get some of the money back we were met with completely unprofessional and rude responses ! They could have easily helped and provided a partial refund however they left no room for negotiation and simply told us that it not refundable and kicked us out in order to lock the reception at 8PM! The price paid for this 3 star “guest house” is completely not worth it when you can easily get a 4-star hotel in the same area for the same price. We ended up walking 5 mins to the Marriot grand hotel on via veneto and got great service.
