The hotel is great, near to public transport. Clean hotel,friendly staff able to speak english.Great quality of customer service. The food was amazing, the hotel’s restaurant is a must. This is the hotel that I would come back to.

They don't really care about their guests, (most of the staff were odd and unwelcoming , but a few were still good) . Anyways the price is not so cheap but it still seems like they are doing you a favor by giving you a room. You can have hundreds of choices in Istanbul for a hotel, and won't lose anything if you don't go to this güneş hotel merter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected but they managed to find us a room rather quickly. The room itself was very clean, equiped with everything you would expect a hotel room to have, including a kettle and some complimentary coffee.

I have been in many hotels in Istanbul , but this hotel have the best staff ever seen, everyone is smiling and everyone is trying to go the extra mile. From the restaurant staff to reception , the house cleaning and the security. I truly appreciate their way. The reception team are doing their job in a very professional friendly way. I want to thank all of them with no exception. A special thanks to the room service team also. And people who work in the restaurant . And a special Thanks to Mr Kamil, who have shown flexibility and professionalism in doing his job and more. I really advise staying in this hotel. Note: most of the hotel staff speaks English , communication was very easy. The hotel location and atmosphere is amazing for families, business , couples…
