We stayed here for nearly a week. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The location the rooms and the staff were all amazing. Very convenient location within Venice. Special thanks to the entire staff who enjoy their work and only seem to smile. For instance, Marco who works at night and is so helpful, inviting and loves to make you a drink of your choice to have on their private dock overlooking the canal. Also huge praise for Nermie, who not only prepares and serves their well equipped breakfast, but also cleans all of the rooms. We have been traveling Europe for a month and this by far was our best hotel experience. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Venice.

An excellent choice! Location in the heart of Venice, the position with opening both to the canal and to a pedestrian alley. Super attentive and professional staff. They all have that smile that makes your day better! We will definitely return to this hotel when we choose Venice as our vacation destination! We are having a lovely visit! The front desk manager Arsam made us feel so very welcomed and appreciated. He took care with our every need. Breakfast was perfect. Cappuccini made exactly as we asked! We even enjoyed a second cup on the canal as gondolas passed by! We stayed the first night in 302 (we needed to come a day earlier than planned). We had a cute little room with a lovely balcony overlooking the bridge next to Mozart's historical site! Very affordable. We then moved to the junior suite. AMAZING! Worth the extra price! We couldn't be more delighted. Thank you again Arsam! You made us feel so welcomed and at home!

The hotel is located in the centre of Venice with many sights close by. It's about a 5 minutes walk to the Doge's Palace, about 10min to Rialto Bridge and the Academy. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. When we checked in, our concierge noticed the singing gondolas passing by and had us sit at the little patio facing the canal with a complimentary prosecco. This is just one example to show the staff's attentiveness. The room we stayed in was a good size, facing the canal. Mattress was comfortable, had a good sleep, and the Italian breakfast buffet is in a cosy room. You can also sit on the small patio anytime. I'd choose this hotel anytime again.
