Fantastic hotel, very pleasant and accommodating staff, perfectly located. We looked through hotels for a long time and we were very happy to have chosen Palazzo Barocci. The hotel itself is beautiful and it's location on the grand canal is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere and appreciated that although the location was central and on the canal, we were not walking into a massive crowd as soon as we stepped out of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the canal view is well worth it. Every single person on staff that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Really just a great experience all around.

We arrived to the Grand Canal and took a water taxi to Palazzo Barocci Hotel. The hotel is clean, spacious and with all the amenities. It’s central location makes it a great spot to enjoy all of Venice has to offer. Be sure to have breakfast included as the buffet has many items to help you get the day started. The whole staff was very professional and personable. Nicolas made sure everyone was taking care during breakfast in a timely and courteous manner. It’s always a plus when someone goes out of their way to be friendly. I highly recommend Palazzo Barocci Hotel when staying in Venice.

Wow. Did we get lucky with this hotel. It’s located a mere steps from the boat drop off and within sight of the Rialto Bridge and close by boat to San Marco square. Definitely loved the roof top bar. Only wish we had purchased the $25 “All Day” public boat pass. Oh well. Final point. Take the full boat ride all the way around the island. All in all …. What a great hotel. They were very helpful.
