Very good aesthetic and clean, but room was far too hot. The ventilation system was not able to cool nor set a low temperature. Had to open the window and waste overproduced heat. Key cards stopped working on the last day for some reason. Good selection at breakfast, though more variety in the cooked food would've been good. Had to queue a while for check in/out.

I'd like to emphasize that my experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The level of professionalism exhibited by the staff and management was outstanding. As someone who frequently travels for work and stays in various hotels, I must say that this particular establishment offers remarkable value for its prices, surpassing the cleanliness standards of many others. During my stay, I encountered an issue, which I intended to mention to the reception upon checkout. To my surprise, the staff went above and beyond to address my concern, offering me vouchers and additional perks without any prompting from me. I initially hadn't requested any special offers; I was simply providing feedback. However, I feel compelled to acknowledge that from the moment I checked in, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the standout features of this hotel is the dedicated workspace available, which proved immensely beneficial for my work-related tasks. Moreover, the hotel boasts an excellent location, and, as previously mentioned, the cleanliness standards are top-notch. I highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking a superb hotel experience.

AVOID this hostel!! I parked the tourist minibus in front of the hotel in the loading/unloading area because it was the only place available and in the morning at 09:00 I found a fine of 55€ on the window of the minibus...and the rooms have common doors between them, locked but through them you can hear all the noises of at the neighbors all night...in addition, I had to pay a "cultural" fee, even though their only culture is to "hunt" their customers who park in front and pick up their cars in front of their own hotel! 😡
