From the time we arrive till we left , the staff were nothing but so helpful and pleasant. They gave us great recommendations on restaurants and places to see . Also great location, only short walk to bars and restaurants no need for taxis. Definitely would be back .

The room: The room itself and the breakfast aren’t worth the price. The room isn’t sound proof like they claim at all. I could hear the room next door move the chair across the floor and clear their throat. The wet room bath room where the bathroom and shower are together ( no wall) is a rubbish concept. When you go to use the toilet the floor is still wet. The Service: The service is pretty top notch in the building. The people you have to speak to over the phone are pretty useless but the in-house people for the most part are really fantastic. Dominick and his team were amazing!!! He immediately resolved any issues without delay and made my stay as relaxed and stress free as possible. If you want the star treatment, I hope you are lucky enough to have Dominick and the staff he works with. He made a very stressful work weekend as stress free as he could possibly make it within his power. All the best to the in-house staff!

Had a nice two days here, very comfortable bed. The room was on the smaller side, but enough. Glass shower just with a curtain, but that's becoming a standard these days :) There's a Marshall speaker by the bed, but I was unable to make it work woth my phone, although the cable was there...the other Marshall speaker on the desk can only be used with an app, which I didn't want to download. Tip: opt out of daily cleaning and enjoy a free drink at the bar ;-)

We had a wonderful stay in Ruby Luna hotel. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They (Silvia, Giacomo, Lukas) really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room was as we expected and booked, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the views from our room were breathtaking. We also really appreciated the decoration of the rooms and the lobby. The breakfast was without fault, they offer choices for every taste and allergies, in addittion the bread is from thes best bakery in town! It was a lovely surprise and made us feel right at home. As there are works in the center of the city, access to the parking lot was not easy, so I recommend patience to find the entrance to the parking lot recomended by the hotel. By the way, the discount is appreciated. Thank you again for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be recommending your hotel to our friends and family, and we hope to return.
