Due to a defective heating system, we spent the night at the H2Otel while it was being repaired. The hotel is located almost around the corner from where we live. Good welcome, punctual reception, nice room, excellent dinner!!, delicious meal, excellent breakfast, in short, a fantastic solution for us. An excellent value for money. We have sent guests to this hotel in the past, but have now experienced it for ourselves. A very positive experience.

Nice hotel, central location. Staff is super friendly and provides top service: the slightest mention of a problem is immediately picked up and fixed right away. Hotel itself is somewhat tired looking here and there but gives an overall good impression. Very clean also. Rooms are rather difficult to keep on a nice temp but well equipped and cozy. Breakfast is the classic continental buffet with a wide variety of choises. Can recommend!

Unique hotel in a great location. The room was well appointed, but the mattress had seen better days. Lots of sights in walking distance, such as the market hall, cube houses, maritime museum. Front desk provided tickets to harbor tour at a discount.

Booking.com told us we had to book a separate room for our 4 year old which meant we paid for an extra room that we didn't have to which left us about €100 out of pocket, so would recommend booking directly with the hotel if you're reading this review. Room stylishly appointed but be aware that the windows for the lower deck rooms don't open. I struggled with the number of lights in there and figuring out how to turn them all off. Found that the noise carries quite a bit as could hear footsteps and doors opening and shutting until 5 in the morning or so. The majority of staff were lovely - I think we may have been told that breakfast ended later than it does by the front desk. Location was great for exploring the Food Hall and for walking around the Maritime District and surrounding areas.

Pretty surprised about the location of this H2OTEL. In one word perfect. We went by car and also pakingspace had been arranged for a normal price. Also if you go by train it is only a 10 minute walk from Trainstation Blaak. Room are good enough, a good bed, nice shower and we had also booked the terras. I would recommend it (especially in the summer ;-) Already planning to come back in 2024..
