We stayed here for 2 nights, this hotel right is not far from city center, around 20-30 min walking to Rotterdam central. There's no elevator, the stairs is quite steep. We were lucky we got room in the 1st floor. The receptionist guy was really nice for helping us to get our luggage to our floors. The room is spacious and, bathroom is clean. You can access this hotel by walking 10 min from other tram station. The nearer tram station was under construction.

Super friendly staff. I think it was independent owned. You get what you pay for. The stairs are quite steep to bring the bags. But the staff was helpful. Nice hostel style cozy bar.

It was shocking, i am writing this review to inform you that the beds are full of bed bugs. We only realized it in the morning and it was a traumatic awakening. I advise the staff to wash the sheets at at least 50 degrees. The room itself was dirty, I would definitely not stay there again
