The room doesn’t have a refrigerator even worse not water boiler with tea or coffee is not available in room. Which is more worse only one trash can in bathroom room. Which is really blow of my mind there is no phone landline in the room if you need anything you have to go to the reception and even only one iron available and you can’t take to the room and you have go down and do your iron in the aisle . Which make my stay more worse the hotel manager and staff are totally not friendly. I had hard time to convince them to change the room because WiFi signal is not available in the room moreover the new room that they offer to me the ventilation fan in the bathroom is broken. If you need anything from them you need to begs to request anything from them.

Room was okay for 3*, but the aircondition was working veeeery poorly - with temperature outside around 32° - not that comfortable. The breakfast was also very poor. Additionally, Saturday and Sunday there was not breakfast served apparently due to staff shortage.

The rooms are nice, only there are no dividers between the bathroom and the bedroom, so you can see everything, which might not be a problem for a couple, but I went there with friends and of someone wanted to shower, the others had to leave the room. Otherwise the hotel is nice and cozy with comfortable seats in the lobby and a bar where you can get drinks and snacks. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, the breakfast is nice and the whole place is nicely quiet. They have an elevator and the main entrance is locked in the night, only hotel guest can enter with their room keys, which provides a feeling of safety in Vienna (not that Vienna is that dangerous, but it's still a big city). Unfortunately no nice places to run nearby and the reception is not 24 hours, but only in the day.
