The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Tram 71 passes almost outside for the city centre and although the neighbourhood doesn’t have anything interesting it is convenient with two supermarkets nearby. However, there is no soundproof at all. One night we could hear our “naughty” neighbours and the other the preparations and checkout of another guest from 5.00 in the morning. I don’t know after that if it was the cleaning lady or anything else but for two hours it was like they were moving the appartment and furniture upside down. The kitchen is only basically equipped. Final and most important! So many years of traveling and staying at hotels only once I had the same experience. At check in they will reserve from your 150 euros for guarantee. It might be the only hotel in Vienna asking for guarantee. This is not mentioned anywhere at conditions when booking from their website. A few hours after the checkout they say that they will release the amount. 16 days later and the amount is still reserved at my card! I called my bank and they asked for a specific procedure by the side of the hotel in order to proceed but the at are not interested to help. They insist that they have done all the necessary by their side however the bank cannot return the amount unless the return receipt is stamped. After I checked comments from Other customers, there are cases where cards are charged after check out. Always check and be careful before you leave.

In a word..Fabulous! We could not fault anything during our eight day stay. Room was spacious, private, quiet and well appointed. We had a lovely little terrace off our room with table and chairs. The kitchen was brilliant with full size fridge and oven. There is a common laundry, it's free to wash, dry and iron. The staff are excellent, nothing is an issue, very helpful and accommodating. Trams are outside, food shop across the road with assorted cafes close by. Would happily stay again.
