Clean and beautiful room with individual hot spring tub in each room. We are extremely happy with their service and hospitality! The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but they offer complimentary shuttle service to near places and taxi arrangements.

This place was an amazing stay for the money spent. Highly suggest that you get a private onsen for your own convenience and privacy. The hotel breakfast and dinner sets that come with your accommodations were generous and honestly delicious. We had the traditional style meals and they were amazing in the quality and quantity. They also provide you with traditional yukatas for the indoor wear within the hotels so be sure to learn how to tie one! The view in the main lobby area and the free snack bar are also great tie ins for the hotel stay. Service was great and you are paying for quality here which is by no means lacking. The one thing to note here is that in order to get the free shuttle access to the hotel from the tram station, you NEED to have a mobile number you can dial from as the tram station DOES NOT have a pay phone anywhere in the vicinity for you to call the hotel. You cannot reach out to them otherwise and the walk, should you choose to do it is not easy nor is it advised as the incline is very steep. Otherwise this place was one of the highlights of our vacation in Japan!

This is an amazing hotel with a very special staff. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and immediately felt at ease. The lobby, public accommodations and meals were fabulous. Our room exceeded expectations. From the temperature of the private onsen to the special amenities in the rooms, truly worth the price. It was a great stay!

There aren’t adequate words to describe how incredible our stay here was. While all the amenities and the beautiful rooms and onsens were amazing, it was the staff that really took our experience to the next level. They were so attentive and caring without hovering or smothering, they anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them, and they were so knowledgeable about the area and their services. Every single one of the staff was incredible, especially Ali, who went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. It is definitely worth the price to get to experience a place like this, and my husband and I are already planning our next trip back.
