One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very dirty and unclean. People were sticking their hands in the breakfast without using cutlery, making the food unclean for the rest of us. Also, the water wasn’t working, no one was able to shower. When we called to get an update, the front desk hung up our call. They also claim 24-hour shuttle service, but they did not pick me up at the airport after 11 pm. All lies and scams. So many better options in the area, for much cheaper price too. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I will not reccomend this hotel to anyone. 👎🤢

Great views with restaurant on 12th floor. Food was good and the prices were very reasonable priced and far cheaper than hotel food in the United States. Local restaurants and cafes close by. Staff was very friendly and accommodating since i only know a little spanish.

Room cleanliness was fine. However, breakfast and dining were a poor experience. The servers really need a change of attitude and customer service training. The location is very convenient.

Everything in this hotel was good but the only reason I stayed in this hotel was because I didn't want lost my flight the van picked me to late and I missed my flight. I have no other choice to go back to the hotel and instead to be nice to the person was using excuses and nonsense upsetting me even more. This person was the that I give him the biggest tip of $20.00, I am 74 years old expect to be treated better. I end up expending to much for a person retired with fixed income. Shame on you Hampton Hotel. 😕
