The hotel is new so everything is in excellent condition. The amenities are great. Food and drinks are overpriced but that's to be expected from this hotel's chain. Although pricey, it is not bad. The rooms and the convenience of the airport proximity are worth every penny.

Very nice hotel, great staff at the reception and restaurants. To be improved the service for the jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is very well located, next to the airport. Food it's really good with a mix of local and continental breakfast. Good choice in Bogotá if you need to be next to the airport

A great hotel close to the airport. Their shuttles are on time and extremely friendly. We stayed one night at the start and one night at the end of our trip to Colombia. The last night we ate at the restaurant / bar and the staff was super helpful for Americans struggling with their Spanish, etc. The food was good, drinks were had, and everyone seemed to enjoy them as well. Checking in was easy and quick. Showers had rain heads and soft towels.
