We spent a relaxing evening at the City Express Plus. Even arriving after midnight, the hotel had a shuttle running. Check in was quick, the room was very clean and inviting, and the included breakfast was outstanding. Although we didn’t use it, the hotel is next to a Transmilenio station, which is good if you need to catch public transit.

New. Clean. Comfortable. Airport Hotel within walking distance to several coffee shops. Horribly slow check-in process... It's like you're applying for a visa. Two receptionists... One tells you to go to the other. Even if you are a Marriott elite and have an existing reservation.

Information given by the hotel wasn't correct. Pickup location isn't as described on the email (in fact, it's on another floor and I ended up getting the most expensive taxi ever). Transfer times, as displayed at the hotel, started at 6am (so I booked another taxi for 5am) and, for my surprise, transfer was already working. Food is overpriced for what it offers. You may experience difficulties if you don't speak Spanish. Room was clean and simple. Mattress was ok.
