Stayed two nights here and have to say both of us thought it was great and excellent value. Room was ready so got checked in early to dump bag, hot breakfast included and it was excellent food and selection. Room spotless and staff all excellent very friendly and helpful. No negative comments at all.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel tremendously. Staff was nice, friendly, and eager to help us our entire stay. Rooms are spacious and complimentary breakfast is available daily. Doesn't seem to be any place to park a car, but this was not an issue for us because we used UBER during our stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel though. Location was great. We were a few minutes from all the glitz and glamor that is Glasgow😊

For a hotel with normally such a good reputation, i was severely disappointed with my stay at this hotel this weekend to the point we checked out early as we did not want to stay any longer. Room: We were put in a disabled room which limited the space for things like the toilet as there was a sink right in front so couldn't even properly use the toilet, the bed was AWFUL and gave both myself and my partner back ache after sleeping in it due to being rock solid, the only positive was the nice power shower which had very good settings. Breakfast: We had paid for breakfast for each night we stayed at the hotel and quite frankly I wish we hadn't, the food was overcooked and was boring for a hotel breakfast, Scrambled eggs were literally turning almost rubbery as they had been over cooked and the bacon was almost inedible, only positive was the waffle press and fruit salad. Staff: When checking in the staff were lovely even with issues with their pc they were chatty and apologetic for the delay, Checking out on the other hand, the staff were disgraceful in my opinion, even when told we were checking out early we just got essentially a shrugged shoulder and a grunt, then told that we wouldn't be refunded anything due to house cleaners already had been and gone and they could of resold the room to which she was told we honestly didn't care, we just wanted to leave, we then got another almost shrugged shoulder and told OK, so we then left, at no point were we asked how our stay was or if there was anything that could be done to maybe resolve our situation considering we had paid and still had a room for the night but nope customer service was disgraceful and because of these issues i think this will be the last time we stay at this hotel.

I endured a dreadful experience at this hotel. The noise level was beyond unbearable, and when I contacted the reception, they displayed complete disinterest. The rooms, though small and somewhat clean, had uncomfortable, creaky beds with pillows so soft they could be mistaken for scarves. Despite the supposedly "nice" location, the absence of bottled water and a fridge, low water pressure, and a bothersome smoke alarm over the bed made the stay intolerable. The cleanliness in the bathroom was a major letdown, with partially emptied trash bins that were tiny and inadequate. Hygiene concerns have led me to the firm decision that I would never consider staying here again.

I visited this place the last August for 3 nights what I liked the most was only the location ..the rooms were tidy from outside however 1- no bottled water & no fridge 2- the level of cleaning the bathroom was very disappointing..I received the room & before using it I found the trash of the bathroom not fully emptied !! a lady cut her hair & used contact lenses & it was still in the trash !! 3- the trash is very tiny not enough for half day use ! not realistic size ..4- found a hair over the shampoo & shower gel bottle & I didn’t trust the place hygiene so I never used or touched their shampoo or shower gel I used my own ..guess what ? same hair stayed there fir the whole 3 nights not touched or cleaned 😖 moreover the hot water in the bath was very limited & I showered with cold water on the last night !! one more thing ..4- only the people at the breakfast area were friendly ..I didn’t like the attitudes of not helping a lady with her heavy luggage & the guy at the reception just watching her suffering in lifting it in & out the door stairs …I do understand that helping witb luggage might not be one of the hotels standards in your country which is very weird !! however I found other hotel staff at same area very friendly & with more encouraging behavior for the visitor to stay ..I’ll never repeat the experience & I don’t recommend it
