Absolutely amazing! Best vacation I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful and relaxing, with great service and incredible food. We stayed in a Japanese style room which was surprisingly comfortable and spacious. All three of the spa baths were wonderful. My favorite was the one in the adjoining building that had 3 different hot tubs plus 2 cold plunges. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try any of the private baths but the public ones were amazing. We also enjoyed playing various board games in the lounge area, sipping hot chocolate and listening to music in the CD lounge, and just relaxing in our very comfortable room. Highly recommended and I’m hoping I get a chance to visit again.

We booked the place for 1 night (31,000 yen) and upgraded our dinner (9,900 yen/pax) and would have ti say it's totally good value for money. Especially the dinner,it's a must try. Have a lovely stay there and will go back again if I have the chance. Maybe it's not the peak as we enjoyed the quietness and serenity of what it offer.

Fabulous stay! The location is really far so getting there was difficult but it was absolutely worth it! Our flight was delayed and we were late for dinner but the wait staff stayed behind to make sure we got food. The admin desk were extremely helpful and the room was lovely and comfortable. The hot springs were amazing! Beautifully maintained and so relaxing! 100% recommended
