This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in entire my travel. Everything was so perfect and clean They will provide you literally everything you need like towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and so on! One thing I really liked about here is there is a place where you can work, study and chat with your new friends. Wifi is so good and fast by the way. I couldn’t find any complain here in this hostel I loved being here so much!! THE BEST I definitely use here again when I come to Sapporo

Stayed here just for one night, but it was the best hostel experience I ever had..! (1st hostel in JP but have been to tons of hostels around the world) Clean 'n need, great atmosphere, lovely decore... not to mention the Japanese hospitality, of course!!! They had some amenities like bodywash, shampoo and conditioner & regular soap. But also a face wash (for the women section) and toothbrush, cotton pads, even eye masks and earplugs.. Towel supply was also unlimited..!

Good location. Most other hostels are further from station or are in the Susukino area (kinda depressing red light area). Helio hostel is near the Main Street. clean, large bunks, good lighting, colors, interior design and delicious coffee in a stylish bookstore studio type area on the first floor. Staff are all nice, very kind and helpful with information etc Best hostel I’ve stayed at in a long while

A good hostel taking care of all your needs in one building. It has a beautiful kitchen setup. Laundry and apart from washrooms at your own floor, they provide you with washrooms at a seperate floor too. Just the rooms could have been a little better as the safe was not enough for my luggage but the rest was very good. The staff is highly cooperative and listens to you carefully. The location is what makes this hostel truly amazing.

Update: They responded. Thanks. This review is specifically on its service as I have not make any reservation yet. Noticed from their website FAQ page, they offer luggage storage. So, I sent an inquiry (if they can assist to receive and keep my luggage via Yamato service on my intended check-in day should my luggage arrive before I check in to the hostel) via its website's inquiry form but the page seems to always be loading after I click "send" so I'm not sure if the inquiries went through successfully(inquiries sent via both mobile phone and laptop so i doubt it's a connection issue). I messaged them on Instagram for few days in a row now and have not receive any response yet even though I used google translate to resend my inquiries in Japanese. It would be great if Helio post it's business email address publicly for ease of communication. I read all great reviews on how great their service is and how responsive they were before this so this shall be my last resort to try reaching out to you via Google(maybe it's just me?). I hope they do respond and I will revise my rating accordingly. Thank you.
