Quiet and peaceful small hotel, located at walking distance to Tha Pae gate. We stayed in a room on the second building, on top of the garden and breakfast area. Room is large, with a nice private terrace area. On the back it faces a temple. Neat and comfortable, breakfast is very decent and staff is super attentive.

The bed was soo comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Cute small hotel, breakfast included and delicious. Pool clean and soo refreshing! Quiet location but walking distance to old town, really good restaurants, just outside walls of Chang mai! Free water, wifi, perfect stay

This boutique hotel is super cute, clean, and extremely friendly. The location of it is off the main inside roads of CM so it is more quiet and slightly secluded. It's literally about a 3-4 minute walk to the main road where the manmade water bank is. There's literally a temple next door, and they have another building across from the main reception area that houses the continental morning breakfast. The staff here are extremely accommodating. I asked them to call to make a reservation for me since I had no Thai number; no problem! There's a washer and dryer at this facility for hotel guests to use, which is amazing considering if you sweat like a hog and all your clothes are dirty. The bed is pretty comfortable along with the pillows. The shower pressure is medium. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great hotel in superb location. We extended our stay two times because we liked it so much. The pool has a good size and water temperature with lots of sun and not too much chlorine (unlike most other places). Only two sun beds, but it was enough most of the time. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean and appropriately sized. All is in a Japanese inspired style. Bathrooms are good, shower separated from the toilet and again separated from that is the wash basin. Water pressure and temperature in the shower is also good. Washing machine for free, but no dryer. I recommend trying to get a room in B house, they are even better.
