Really enjoy this place, the location is a bit out of the way, but that can be a positive. Really close to major shops, Diagonal (one of the more accessible roads), and close to the University and many restaurants. The gym is small and very limited, but you can get creative. Restaurants are pretty good. Nice Executive lounge, serves breakfast and a happy hour reception. Place is clean, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. Give them a shot!

I Stayed here for four nights. The quality of the room was on par with most budget hotels, albeit with more complimentary tea, coffee, milk and better quality shower gel/shampoo. It's a nice touch that these necessities are provided daily but with this being the sole advantage over staying at a Travelodge, perhaps you could benefit from merely spending less than 10 euros on these essentials and saving hundreds of euros in the process. One compliment I would like to give is to the ladies responsible for cleaning the rooms, they do a great job. Make sure to prioritize them for a tip over everyone else working here. My main complaint with the hotel is that they tried to defraud me out of my money. Allow me to explain. I was charged €762.17 for a 4-night stay, as proven by my bank statements and receipts from the hotel. I received an additional charge of €129.20 on my card, without any explanation. When I sought an explanation from the Hilton via email, they did not respond, despite being given ample time to do so. Naturally, I filed a chargeback, as I believed this to be made in error. However, the Hilton eventually countered this, supplying false evidence to VISA that I only paid €672.17, when my bank statements and receipt from them proved otherwise. Take note of how they could respond to the notification of the chargeback from VISA, but could not explain why this amount was debited from my account. It turns out they incorrectly billed me €762.17 instead of €801.37, because they failed to include the mandatory tourist tax in the bill. With this in mind, I only owed them €39.56 and not the €129.20 they claimed. Nevertheless, VISA somehow sided with them on the chargeback issue, while my bank graciously covered the difference of the money they stole from me (€90) because they could see from the evidence provided that I was in the right. My warning to future Hilton customers: IF YOU'RE BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING AFTER ALREADY PAYING IN FULL, MAKE SURE TO ASK EXACTLY WHAT THE CHARGE IS FOR AND GET IT IN WRITING TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED IN A CHARGEBACK CASE! Also, take note that this hotel will randomly debit money from your bank (not just small sums for authorisation purposes), even when you have a 'book now, pay on the day' agreement with them. I had such an agreement prior to this stay and they randomly took €189 euros out of my account, before trying to take a similar amount a few days later. Because my holiday card was not loaded up with cash for the second debit, they cancelled my booking!
