The best hotel we have stayed at in Barcelona and even Catalunya. The rooms are very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. They also have a mini bar and safe in the room. The staff were excellent. When we arrived and checked out, the receptionists were super helpful and cheerful. There are wonderful areas near reception to work or just relax and talk. It's a 10 minute walk from the main station, and there is a subway stop about 5-6 minutes away. The only con- the walls are quite thin. We could hear the man snoring next door. We wish we had booked this hotel for more nights, and after other hotel disasters on this trip around Spain, we decided we will stick with NH in the future.

Really loved my time at NH Sants Barcelona, we actually came way earlier than our check in but they allowed us to stay in the reception area in the lounge. It was so comfortable we even slept. The staff are really nice, even upon check out our plane back was not until very late at night and they took our suitcase and allowed us to stay in the reception in the mean time. I also had breakfast which was good and good selection. The hospitality staff are also really nice. The hotel was very clean and also stylish. Very convenient for tourists because the Metro is a 6 min walk and easily access main tourist attractions. I would definetely book with them again and highly recommend. It is worth the price!

Bright modern clean hotel well situated near Sants Station. Approximately 15km or 25 minutes from the airport in average traffic. Less with the kamikaze driver we had today. About 2km to Sagrada La Familia and 3km to Las Ramblas. Nice area. Buffet breakfast was good. Evening meal was well cooked and tasty if uninspired. Sadly there is no bar which is a significant negative for conference bookings!

We’re frequent travelers who tend to go to NH hotels wherever we go. That’s our 15th time at Barcelona, so we’ve been to most of the hotels around. The rooms (junior suit) are nice, the balcony is big and convenient, the shower is big with a bath, and the hotel is well equipped in general. Unfortunately, they let ANYONE in and that’s how we got our bag stolen. After paying more than 2300€ in one week, we expected at least some safety at the hotel facilities. The hotel have the thieves recorded on camera, but they couldn’t provide us neither with a copy nor with anything else. All on all, if safety is your main concern- you may look for another hotel.

We stayed at this hotel 8 nights. We did not have any problem. It is very close to the metro and train station, quiet area, not crowded, easy to access. Close to the airport as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. You can have drinks and work at the same time at the lobby. The rooms are very clean. The best thing we liked that it is a sustainable hotel. We appreciate their effort on sustainability ♻️ They made me a nice surprise with a cake on my birthday, my special thanks to Ramon Rius, very kind of you 🤗 Overall, it was a nice experience, thank you NH Sants Barcelona Team!
