A superb hotel perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the cathedral and Christmas markets, making it incredibly convenient for our travels. While the rooms are somewhat compact, they are well-equipped. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service from the front desk. Mr. Jan checked us in with utmost politeness, providing a room tailored to our preferences. Later in the night, Mr. Dario displayed even more politeness, assisting with our inquiries. Such outstanding service is crucial for a memorable holiday experience. We can’t already wait to come back.

Location fantastic less than two minutes to the cathedral and short walk to shops and other places of interest. Hotel was good, room was nice and staff at reception were great. Breakfast although busy, we went at busiest times, was really good, large selection of foods and replenished regularly Downside was the service and the pigeon post bar, very very slow on both occasions we went. the second time we'd waited 10 minutes for someone to serve us so my partner went to the bar where he was told she would be over in a Second to take our order, the bar wasn't particularly busy but after another 10 minutes she still hadn't arrived and we needed to leave for the airport so just left. Just thought they could be a bit more 'on it'.

A great place to stay, nice & central, close to the railway station & the Cathedral. They serve a nice buffet style breakfast to suit everyone. A lovey bar area called Pigeon Post to relax in. It was well worth the money, very friendly staff, I couldn't fault it.

Great hotel with a great location. 2 minutes walk to the Cathedral of Cologne. We stayed in a family room, actually two rooms with a connection door in between. Rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spacious. One minor thing: I couldn't adjust the air conditioning. At some time, around 3 o'clock at night, it was 27 degrees in my room. It's probably my bad.. couldn't use the button correctly. Overall, it's a great hotel to stay if you want to explore the city.
