Rooms were nice. Staff was excellent. Food was good. The hotel industry overall is changing like the airlines. Fees for everything. Parking was expensive. No water. I really liked the place otherwise.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn while visiting Disney. It was super close and affordable compared to the Disney resorts. The room was ok for the price. The bed was comfortable. The shower was super small. Definitely not made for bigger people in mind. Slamming doors throughout the night into the early a m. on the first floor from staff and guests, made the night miserable. There isn't an ice machine near rooms. So you'll have to go to the lobby to get ice. Parking is weird with a text to pay thing and lobby doesn't even let you know about it, so if you don't pay because you checked in when it was super dark, and the lot is poorly lit, you have a chance of getting towed. Thankfully that didn't happen to us.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for two nights. Throughout the week we had stayed at five different hotels and this ranged in our top ones. The room was clean, fairly modern and updated, comfortable and had a nice large TV. The lobby was also very nice and the staff was accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was a bit unfortunate not having free breakfast, but the breakfast was one of the best we had from a hotel during our many that week so we can’t complain too much. The woman directing people to seating and grabbing coffee was extremely wonderful. She managed to remember every customer she served which is impressive and lets you know she cares about what she does. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. It was also nice having four pillows on each bed, for some reason the last few hotels we stayed at only had three pillows which is just odd to me. There are a few downsides that could greatly improve this hotel. 1. Free parking (or at least cheaper) Paying $25 a night for parking is absurd. Especially when you are a traveller (such as us). Since we are from Canada, it cost us $40 a night due to the currency exchange. We ended up returning our rental a day early to avoid paying another night of parking. 2. Fix the hot tub. I noticed there was a review from over two weeks ago stating that the hot tub wasn’t working and I was hopeful that they would have fixed it within that time but they didn’t. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and would’ve been an extreme positive if it was up and running. I would recommend they get a move on for fixing it because I can tell you many travellers would appreciate this. All in all, it was a really nice hotel and these couple of things weren’t enough to warrant us hating the hotel. Just minor things that could really improve a persons stay. I would likely stay here again given the opportunity.

I stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn after being offered a 3-night stay for $199+tax, contingent on attending a Hilton presentation following our stay in Miami with Hilton. However, this experience turned out to be unsatisfactory. We regret accepting their survey offer and staying here. The front desk staff seemed disengaged, and the rooms were dark and outdated with poor customer service. Luggage trolleys had to be fetched from another building, and while the buffet breakfast cost $15 per person, the service was uncomfortable. A lady constantly stared at guests, loudly reminding them that breakfast was paid for. It's better to charge it to the room and let guests enjoy their meal peacefully. Additionally, the hotel charged a flat $25 fee daily for parking, which had to be paid manually or prepaid. Be cautious, as parking charges aren't automatically included in the final bill, and strange rules apply; if you forget to pay, your car will be towed. You should be careful if you are coming here with rental cars. I wouldn't return, even if the stay were free; this hotel is simply not worth it.

Customer service was great and very cool , the location wasn't an issue so i left you with 5 on each of those top8cs but the 1 star came in for a few reasons #1 the hot water did NOT kick on in the shower at all and the shower itself was extremely tight in there for being a 6'6 290lb big fit guy . #2 THE bedding was ripped and left with stains which looked like dried up blood and did not sleep using them #3 the sink had a nasty chip in the drain missing a good portion of it . So customer service ,location and restaurant were the only really good things about this hotel but as for the room not at all and extremely dissatisfied and don't think I will be staying there again.
