This hotel taught me that you can’t count on a Hilton being a good place to stay. Luckily, the location is great and I found plenty of reasons to leave. I also must say that housekeeping was friendly and good. The room was clean, but the carpet was stained. The bathroom was acceptable, but the shower never got hot. The front desk had one very nice woman and everyone else was just ok. I asked for change for a $20 and really got attitude. I simply wanted to leave a tip for housekeeping. We usually get 2 welcome bottles of water but when my husband asked they gave him a hard time and tried to charge him. We felt like we were inconveniencing them by staying there. Twice when we went to the front desk we couldn’t find anyone. Strangest stay we’ve ever had at a Hilton property.

I would like to recognize Jose’ at the front desk for his phenomenal service on our entire stay. We checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Monday. From the time we arrived until our departure he made us feel at home and provided excellent service. Jose’ is a great addition to your team. Upon arrival he greeted my wife and I and recognized us for being diamond members. He welcomed us and explained the property and the surrounding area. He checked for a diamond upgrade and one was available which was great. Our stay was excellent. We come to Miami once a year for a week and have tried many hotels and after 8 years this is our top hotel and Jose’ had everything to do with that choice. We will be back next October for sure. THANKS JOSE’!!!! The room staff were great. I dealt with 3 different people (2 ladies and one man) and all were accommodating, nice, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Overall a great experience with your hotel.

This was not a typical Hilton hotel. While checking in they normally hand you waters and a smile. Nope, not here. If you want a water they will charge you $3 in your room if you’re not a member. Let’s start with the horrible front desk experience. The customer service was terrible. They had a sign out for happy hour saying complementary alcoholic drinks. When we brought it up to them, they moved the sign into a closet and said it was buy one get one free instead. Only one elevator worked. The parking was $45 OFF sight in a different hotel garage. The only nice thing was the walk across the street to the beach. When entering the smallest 2 bed room we noticed BLACK MOLD on the ceiling. I did call Hilton because I wasn’t going to deal with the front desk people. The manager got involved and asked what I want. I didn’t have many choices due to it being thanksgiving and finding a new hotel would be hard. They moved us rooms after I called. We were not the only people disappointed in our stay. I love Hilton and most properties. But this is a shame that it’s part of Hilton. I would never stay here again.

I was greeted with a huge smile by the Front Desk Agent Jorge. My room had a TERRIBLE smell, I was so tired so I had to sleep my first night there. Next morning I went to the front desk and an agent with short grey hair offered me another room. That room was acceptable and did not smell funny. Breakfast was okay. Containers of sugar, butter, jelly were half full. A coffee urn was used as a container for orange juice. (???). Fixing those small details can make a huge difference. I had couple drinks at the small bar with a cuban bartender. She was so cool and gave us a lot of recommendations. There was a lot of whiskies.. but only few tequilas. Long story short, my stayed was okay but shootout to those 3 employees for being what Hilton represents. Thanks for make me feel as a special customer and being helpful and cool! Until next time.

Late-night gem! Last-minute group booking at very late hour in the night but staff at the front desk (night of 01/01/24) made it stellar. Warm welcome, efficient check-in, and a comfy, clean room. Kudos to front desk staff and the morning team for turning a stressful night into a confy relaxing one. About the hotel: Clean and the room basic with the usual amenities but kept in good condition the bed and pillows very comfortable and nice outside area for relax. The location is perfect with the beach just across the street with restaurants and bars around.
