Clean room, great location, good price. Easy self check-in. Door code was texted to me. Only lacking cups/glasses in the room and an ice machine in the building. Coffee maker would have been nice too. Parking was also slightly annoying. Had to go to a city parkade a few blocks away, but I think that's just part of staying in South Beach unless you're staying at more expensive spots.

The room was awful. There was mold in the shower and rust in the whole bathroom. Bedsheets were dirty and had some hair. Floor was broken and had holes. The air conditioner was moldy and the whole room was smelling really bad. When I called the hotel to give my money back the man was rude and not helpful. I needed to call booking and stay in Miami Beach for three days without hotel or money to stay somewhere else.

Great location but horrible hotel. The towels were dirty with foundation and two black hairs. Every night we prayed that the walls of this room would not collapse. We paid for 3 nights $900🫣

Extremely happy with our stay. AC worked great, water got hot (fast), bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was present and readily available during normal hours. Very friendly and helpful. We were helped a ton during our first day when we arrived a little too early (I wish we had gotten her name for this review, but i think she was one of the managers). She was VERY accommodating and understanding. Thank you again for the awesome service, we really appreciate it.
