Excellent rooms regarding quality and cleanliness. No views, small rooms. Full kitchen does not have freezer. Cool pool on roof. No good area to walk pets. Extra fees and 45.00 parking daily makes this location a little too pricey for what you get if you are paying 400 plus parking and resort fee. It has slightly better than average breakfast included. Again quality fixtures in room.

This has been the best Marriott Residence Inn Experience I have had to date. I'm here for a conference, but I brought my husband and daughter to make a quick mini vacation of it. The hotel is within a 15-minute walk of the Miami Beach Convention Center. The walk is easy, safe, and clean - I did it in heels. Everything in this area is a 10 min uber ride max - the Art Deco district and ocean drive have great restaurants and are easy to access from here. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the beach, along with two beach chairs, free bicycle rental, and complimentary hot yoga - but what truly made this trip were the staff. Both Meily and the manager, Alejandra, were warm, caring,and amazing. You can tell there is good leadership here, because the professionalism and kindness were experienced with every single staff member. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice rooftop pool area with private section (pictured in video) that is tucked away from non smokers and others. I enjoyed the bike rental - south beach as destination was not too far of a ride for me. There is a hotel shuttle for beach service that runs till 5 and requires reservation. Room included refrigerator microwave and a cook top so cooking was great option since trader Joe's is right across the street. I didn't like the seafood options in the area, tried a few places by uber but was not impressed.

Andrea was amazing! She spoke very clear & really listened/answered our questions. However, if she was not working the front desk, had a HUGE language barrier . Very frustrating! Breakfast was good!! My only complaint was NO coffee upfront by the desk area all day. The rooms are old but ok. Just really dirty under beds, sliding patio doors & bathroom mirror.
