What a cute little hotel!! We arrived super early and found ourselves hanging out on very comfy lobby sofas for a few hours til a room was ready. Staff was very attentive, got us complimentary water and made sure we were comfortable until it was time for a room. There's complimentary breakfast that's delicious; 2 complimentary drinks from the bar, a rooftop pool and a short walk to the beach. There's also an adorable little stray cat that lives in the parking garage on site that is friendly with everyone. I heard from the staff that people even send/leave him food so he's well cared for( we also went and got him some cans of food, he's too sweet 😁). Our room was pretty nice, although the TV was pretty small and far away in our room (only downside). We liked how simple everything was, the amenities, cleanliness and even the cool sunset wallpaper across one section of the wall. We would definitely stay here again. Shout-out to the front desk clerk Ashley who is as super cool and a pasture to chat with 😁

This is good for a weekend stay or if you’re looking for something affordable. The location is top-notch (there’s a Walgreens right across the street) and I found the staff to be really kind. The breakfast is also pretty good. The cons are that check-in takes a very long time and there’s usually only one person working the desk. The rooms aren’t terrible, but they aren’t the most modern and there was no outlet by my bed so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom, and there aren’t that many TV channels. There was a fridge in my room which was nice. Overall, keep your stay here short and sweet.

We pre booked based on the reviews. We walked up and it gives the vibe of a transient hotel, but it's not. Check in went smooth, the elevator is tiny and only fits 3 people. It's the only one and slow. The place is old of course. The room was large, but sparse with only the wall paper of the leaves they show in the pictures, and old worn out 80's mirrors covering one wall floor to ceiling. The lamp in the room was rusty and the room smelled bad of roach spray. We knew from the overall appearance and smell we could not stay here, unfortunately it was non refundable. We took a walk had a couple drinks and decided to book the AC hotel a few blocks up. Three times the price but if you can afford not to stay at the President, I would recommend a newer hotel further up the beach.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, This hotel have BED BUGS , no 24/7 maintenance nor housekeeping, I booked a stay for 3 nights NEVER AGAIN. These unprofessional staffs ( Jenna and Ashley ) very nonchalant and unproductive, as if they were supervisors or anything, BUT NOT at all. Both girls need a training on their customer service skills!! Not a supervisor on site neither first or third shift, how ridiculous!! I’m currently waiting on a refund for my resort and cleaning deposit. I call twice a day apparently supervisors still not available I will be writing to corporate to take further action. I paid my money to receive a good experience and it was just HORRIBLE. Only a slight helpful staff members on site which one will be Henry and I believe Greg … Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. 0 STARS from me!! Below I will try to attach images of dirty room and bed bugs!!! YUCK!!
