It's a Hilton and so you know the level of service to expect. Cheerful and friendly staff who were most helpful in answering questions. Its about 15/20 minutes walk from the central station and we ended up not taking any taxis as we walked most of the time. The hotel is probably 15/20 minutes from wherever you want to be in the City. If you're sitting at the bar at night, look up and then imagine Star Wars.... Breakfast was a buffet and there was a large choice for all those who like a fry up and I even noticed there was a section with that healthy in it.

Large hotel with modern facilities about 15 minutes away from the city center. The Hilton is only three subway stops away from the central station. My suite was very large and had a great view of the water. The bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a small pool and a small sauna. The executive lounge is very small. It can get crowded quickly. I can recommend the breakfast. A successful stay.

Fantastic hotel for our family stay in Helsinki . Short walk to trams. Excellent hours for the pool and saunas which my whole family enjoyed. Lobby was very nice and a great place to eat breakfast. Lounge on the 8th floor has a great view

Aging facility in need of renovation, saved by good team in reception The pros : great staff at reception, they went out of their way to accommodate our separate bookings for 2 consecutive nights, so that we don’t need to move rooms. Rooms with sea views are pleasant. The cons : the hotel is getting old and the style of some features is looking a bit odd. Cleaning of the bathrooms in the lobby was deficient. Breakfast experience at peak time was very unpleasant with most buffet items lacking replenishment, and staff visibly struggling to cope. A single coffee machine isn’t sufficient.
