This is an extremely wonderfully built hotel. The architecture, style, decorations, and feel of this place are awesome. The lobby is so big you could soccer in it and still have room for a party. The best and restaurant were very nice and the food and drink prices were well below what I expected. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very large. My only issue was the room was a little dark. The lobby has a train station from the 1920’s feel to it and has gigantic artwork on the walls. The staff was overly nice and extremely help full with what I needed. Next I come to this city I will be staying here again.

We’re home but are still reeling from our experience at this hotel. The food service was unpredictable to non- existent. We arrived about 1 and by the time we were checked in after a five hour drive, the restaurant closed. We were told it would reopen at 4, but it never opened. We asked about going outside the hotel for food and we’re warned that we were in a bad area where there were frequent shootings so we stayed. Sometime later that evening, the bar opened and we were able to get some finger food. The hours at the bar ( and also Starbucks) were unpredictable as well. The room was acceptable, but the water in the bathroom was slow to heat or never warmed up. We planned to try the restaurant again for breakfast and found that the only food available was the buffet which was priced at $24. We said no and checked out. I would expect much more from this hotel chain. A disappointing weekend experience.

The worse hotel I have ever known in my life time. They cancelled my reservation, sent me an email and later on lied they had the room on hold. Waiting to meet with them in court. The second room I paid the room was dirty, cold, stinky. A suite without microwave, no towels and cold water. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Brad from front desk was helpful. This hotel could be so much better, but there is an extreme lack of attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance overall. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are fairly clean, but the duvets are OLD! They are lumpy and very uncomfortable (see pictures). They feel and look disgusting. I had to take mine off of my bed even though I was cold and needed it. The toilets do not flush properly so there's always left over tissue. The QR code for room Service doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. The elevators work occasionally. With such a big hotel with a lot of guests, it is very inconvenient. They're also unclean The digital key doesn't work. I had to walk all the way back to front desk to get a physical key. Dining (breakfast and dinner) is good.
