If I could leave a no-star review I would. This hotel is unsafe! There were rugs out in front of some of the rooms. There was construction debris outside the hotel that was not secured or roped off in any way. The hotel was filthy. The hotel staff lied to me over the phone telling me they had truck parking when they did not. Communication with the front desk was poor with language barriers being the key.

The pool is indoor as well as the hot tub. Their fitness room was clean and it actually smelled clean. The staff was friendly and helpful

It's a disaster. I went to try to get a job because it needed some serious help! I heard about it through a friend that knew the girl that did the cleaning, turned out they kicked her out and wouldn't give me a job because I mentioned her name. I would never stay there in the condition that it's in and they aren't even trying to hire anyone worth while.

Staff is very helpful and fast working with no problems, I was given a room under the stairs and it was extremely loud. I told the front desk they moved me to an upgraded room down the hall immediately I was very pleased with that. The price is great especially booking on the Jasper website. Location is great. Everything is all around you like The Mall, restaurants, walmart, dollar tree ext... I wouldnt bring my children here to stay tho. It's more of a weekend party motel for a younger crowd. Still a cool place.
