The hotel is very innovative, the staff really smiling, warm and helpful. The beautiful spaces of the lobby, the restaurant, and the rooms - you can see that it is based on the standards and level it maintains. The dishes and drinks here are very delicious, so I was pleased not only with the pleasant feeling of the environment, but also with regard to the new tastes. The hotel is really on a level, so kudos to all the employees who are involved in it and to the management who gives them the opportunity to realize themselves in their fields.

Very satisfied with the quick response when we told that the bathroom had the smell of smoking. We got to change the room. Breakfast was very impressive! Worth money. The location was good too.

Excellent place to be in! I love to stay at Hilton' s hotels and this one reinforce my desire! Very good located, close to bars, restaurants and shopping area. Great location and great hotel. Rooms are good size and have an excellent bed for comfortable sleep after long day at work. Restaurant is well staffed, well managed with good Varity of food , but not much options when it comes to cheese. The fruit selection is great.. Tea selection is great, though no more have tea on the table as used to be before. The hotel location is awesome with close proximity of major shopping are and train station. One down side is, parking is chargeable and it's not cheap - almost 30 euro per day. I'd recommend considering the room cost Vs giving the customer free or low cost parking since parking is almost empty every day. Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel anytime for a pleasant stay in Rotterdam
