The rooms are deceptively small. The photos is not what you get. There is no space to lie open a large suitcase, let alone two, without blocking the door (which is a safety hazard). There are only 4 clothing hangars (for a maximum 2 person room). There is no iron nor ironing board in the room. For a boutique hotel, I’m shocked there is no shower cap or conditioner on offer. There is no bar fridge. We woke up to cigarette smoke this morning because there was a man smoking outside our open room window. The bathroom is spacious with good pressure on the shower head. Good table space next to the sink. Buffet breakfast is an good selection given the small number of rooms of the hotel. The chef is on standby for personal requests. Location is great- can walk everywhere by foot. There is a tram stop outside if needed. The bed is comfortable and large. My pillow had a blood stain on it. Even though the pillow case was clean; it’s still very gross. You can hear the plumbing of other rooms’ toilets, loud footsteps from upstairs. Definitely not an overall comfortable stay.

Excellent boutique hotel 10 mins walk from Rotterdam Central Station in nice neighbourhood. Reasonable sized room for a ‘cozy’ one with huge (Superking?) bed and large bathroom. Excellent funky decor with dark colours but accent lighting. Bathroom had great waterfall shower and heated mirrors. Air conditioning and opening window available. Coffee machine and kettle for tea in the room along with clothes hangers and safe. Electronic door opening available via a website for your room and the main hotel door, as well as the choice of a normal card key. Never seen this before. If you are staying for more than one night they plant a tree if you you opt not to have your room cleaned on any given day. Nice touch.

Terrible hotel! I don't recommend it to anyone. They steal from their own employees, and the administration covers for them!😡 In the morning before check-out, we went for a walk in the city; a bag with money and a passport was left in the room. We returned an hour later to pick her up, the time was 11.45. That is, there was still time before the check-out. But our room has already been cleaned and the bag is at the reception. When I picked up the bag, I discovered that the inside pocket with the money had been turned inside out and 300 euros had been stolen. The documents were in place. They called the cleaning lady who cleaned this room, she didn’t speak English, but for some reason she immediately started yelling that how dare we think of her, she’s not a thief, and in a second she lost her temper. (which only confirmed that it was she who stole them) the hotel administration defended to the last that their employees do not believe and where the money disappeared, they have no idea, but at the same time they themselves claimed that no one touched the bag except this cleaning lady. As a result, we spent an hour there and wanted to call the police, but since we were tourists from another country and already had to go to another city in time, we decided to leave it up to them. I don’t recommend a hotel to anyone where the employees steal and make racist remarks! Also, the hotel is completely ordinary, the design does not correspond to a boutique hotel.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The staff were very rude and the room smelled awful + had dirty bedsheets. Also they did not give back the deposit. Also the room is deceptively small compared to the pictures (there is literally only room for the bed and a small suitcase on the floor) There is also absolutely no noise cancellation and you can hear people dragging suitcases around the place ALL NIGHT. There are much better alternatives for a better price in the area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Attention, business travelers: This hotel will not issue you an invoice if you book through Booking.com. However, Booking also refuses to issue you an invoice. The hotel staff and management are unhelpful and keep telling you to contact Booking instead of resolving the issue. In the end I gave up. This whole situation resulted in a lot of lost time on my part and, as expected, problems with my travel expense report.
