I recently stayed at a hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Also vishal is a helpful guy and professional in his cleaning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful and enjoyable experience

The staff were very friendly during my stay. Especially the staff in the buffet breakfast, they made sure our stay is pleasant. Ms. Donna even made a hot chocolate for me. Also, Lorraine and Peggy. They assisted me well. My room is also clean. I had a very pleasing stay in Holiday Inn.

Staff are friendly and helpful. From the day we arrived to the hotel, valet service, reception, housekeeping staff greeted us with a warm smile. My family have our breakfast daily at sirocco, the variety of food, beverages are well prepared. Special mention to Donna, very friendly. The housekeeping staff on level 12 are super helpful, thank you! We also went to the coffeehouse has excellent snacks and drinks. The bar, Joe's backyard is also nice place to chill and hangout, cozy. Overall, our experience in Holiday Inn is memorable and worth the money. Thank you and wishing all the staff in Holiday Inn a Happy, Safe New Year 2024!!!

I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. The breakfast menu was extensive and very good. The staff were always very polite, helpful and friendly. The pool area was very pleasant and relaxing, with the added bonus of a bar for snacks and drinks. My room was perfect. A very comfortable bed and sofa and good selection of tea and coffee. The bathroom facilities were very excellent. The room was serviced every day, and it was always good to come back to relax in a fresh, clean home from home. I would like to give a special mention to Ajith who was the gentleman who serviced my room and thank him for his kindness in helping me when I had a little accident. I cannot praise him highly enough. I also give him a 5 star review. Thank you Holiday Inn at Dubai Festival City for a very enjoyable stay.
