We had the most lovely stay and would come back here any time. We can recommend this hotel whole-heartedly. The staff are so friendly, kind an considerate. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are comfy and they try to make you so welcome and happy. The location is also almost unbeatable and pretty right by the Camden lock. Really excellent place to stay - we will surely come back.

If you’re a tourist or even just traveling through, STAY HERE. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are all exceptional. The hotel is walking distance from soooooooooo many places. So many. We really regret only staying two nights. We really should have stayed minimum 3 but 4 would have been even better to really fully explore the entire area. We were traveling from metro Atlanta, GA to Paris, then took a train to London… We checked in with Sadaqat and he was exceptionally nice. The room wasn’t quite ready so he walked us over to the waiting area and made sure we were taken care of. It was a short wait. We stayed in room 401. I believe it’s a penthouse suite with an awesome balcony and large room size. We would stay here again!! We were super satisfied. Also they have vegan food available, cool signs in the elevator indicating when the most relaxing vs busier times for breakfast are , and just generally positive vibes. They even held our luggage for a while after checked out of our room while we went to eat one last time.

I had a very pleasant stay. All staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Special mentioned to Prerna from the kitchen staff , whom was very understanding of my diet requirements and was kind enough to accommodate my requests. Definitely recommend. Walking distance to the awesome Camden market.
