Lowest possible option to stay. Rooms are hardly 8 sqm2. If you are travelling as a couple. You can hardly fit any of your belongings. On top of that, no one is there to respond and everything is digital basically you check in yourself and checkout the same way.(kind of interesting but could be annoying sometime)

The Place Is good for the price but I was very disappointed when, not finding a remote for the air conditioning and being very hot, nobody replied to my email about this issue. When I phoned they said I had to wait until the next day to get a remote control for the air conditioning. So basically I've spent alteady two of the three night staying in a really hot room that makes hard to sleep. Ive been told this Is not an Emergency. Yes it's not but it's a crucial and basic service I was expecting to have. If I were the owner I would have apologized and offered a discount, since, again, it's a crucial disservice, pretty much like not having hot water.

Liked · I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The only 'positive' is the location - that's if you like staying on extremely busy and noisy roads. Disliked · Where do I start?! Most importantly, both myself and my friend were covered in bed bug bites after staying here. When I contacted the hotel, they admitted to having a bed bug problem AT THE TIME OF US STAYING THERE but refused to give any form of a refund/ compensation. They even accused us of lying and invented an arbitrary rule about having to get in touch with them within 5 days of checking out (despite the fact that bed bug bites don't always appear immediately after being bitten). In addition, our room was small and dark - not what the photos show! Overall, a horrible experience and complete lack of customer service.

The only positive note is the location. For the rest everything BAD!!!! From the announcement they sell 22m2 rooms only to find, once you arrive, tiny rooms of not even 10m2 where it is truly impossible to move around comfortably (and I'm not exaggerating, believe me!). Booked for a double room, I found myself with a queen size bed that barely fit into that room. Poor cleaning. They just make the bed and change the shower towels. There is no staff in the facility!!!! So forget about being able to ask for information or represent problems. If there are other people on the same level, know that: 1- the walls are very thin so you can hear everything! 2- take a shower quickly otherwise you will find the water cold! If you book on booking, know that the reviews do not correspond to reality and I have informed the platform itself of this. However, I am attaching photos to help you understand the dimensions and that I am not exaggerating! Highly not recommended!!!!
