A very nice hotel, clean and near to all amenities. Very well located. The staff is really nice, I was received with a very warm welcome, and the ladies in the breakfast room are always very helpful. There is no lift, but the staff takes the luggage upstairs for you. Breakfast is nice. The room was small, but it was OK. The bed is really good and is very comfortable and clean. I will visit again.

Amazing hotel. The rooms are refurbished, spacious and modern. The water pressure in the tab is really good. The spot is amazing also. It's in front of the arsenale station so the access from the airport with alilaguna is very easy. It's 5min walking distance from St Mark's Square.

Great location, room was very clean and tidy. Service was very good, staff are friendly and attentive. Only drawback is that the shower was in the middle of the room, not in the bathroom. Not a huge problem (you can see through it a little bit) but a bit odd. And there is no elevator but that is fairly standard for most buildings in Venice.
