Great location. Central to so many must see spots in Venice. We booked a room for a last minute trip to Venice. This is the most beautiful hotel! Our corner room had a fabulous view of the Grand Canal which made us not care that they gave us a room with double beds instead of a queen. I could not recommend this place more. When we arrived by water taxi the bellhop was welcoming and helpful. He stayed with us as we checked in at the front desk and carried our bags to our room and opened the curtains while showing us around. The restaurant only serves guests of the hotel. This was so relaxing and just what we needed. They also held our bags past our checkout time while we enjoyed our last day. We took a water taxis to and from the train station but the hotel is so close to the ferry. Your final stop would be Ca’ Rezzonico.

stayed back in 2019, absolutely beautiful Hotel, amang friendly staff. words cannot describe how stunning this Hotel is, well worthy of the highest recommendations, suitably positioned for quality Restaurants and sightseeing considering going back 2024 or 2025

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Palazzo Stern. Our room was spotless and decorated in Venetian style, with a nice view of a smaller canal. We found breakfast to be very tasty and filling. Although not a buffet, they offer many choices and brought everything quickly. It’s too bad it was a little cool during our visit, because in nicer weather you can have the breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal. Location is very good, the hotel entrance can’t be more than 20 steps from the Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto stop. The staff was very friendly, cheerfully taking our bags up to our room, and providing good recommendations for restaurants nearby. They offer one use of their boat service with your stay. We used it to get to the train station at the end of our stay, which was convenient and very relaxing.

Best boutique hotel in Venice. Great location at waterbus stop. Near Academia, Rialto, and Punta della Dognana. Most helpful staff I have ever encountered at any hotel anywhere. Assisted with glasses problem, arranged for a doctor to attend to wife's swollen ankle, helped with pharmacy needs, arranged train travel to Rome, helped with laundry service...just the best. A great continental breakfast on terrace overlooking Grand Canal at sunrise. Cannot wait to book return visit.

Service staff was great, location was excellent and hotel was clean. Shout out to ‘Junior’ for his excellent service and hospitality. Things to be aware of: - the hotel is in a older building and they could only have AC or Heat (one or the other) on for the entire building, not both. During our stay the weather was warm and the heat was still on. Made our 4 day stay a bit uncomfortable, as we had to use a fan on day 2 and had to open our windows everyday. Keeping windows open while sleeping brought in mosquitos and we got bitten up pretty bad. Our room temperature got up to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
