Not to close to anything as a major attraction, which was perfect for getting away from the tourist bustle of the city. The rooms were very nice. Quite a bit of space in each room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served was really good for an included breakfast. Definitely recommend this as a comfortable and nice place to stay.

BEWARE!!! I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I was extremely upset to find that my room had been left unlocked with the key in the door, which is a serious security risk. Additionally, I had placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door of my second room, yet the cleaning staff still entered the room without my permission. I had left a recording in my room to see if the staff would continue to enter and she entered on 4 separate occasions! I attempted to reach out to the manager to address these concerns, but not only did he ignore me he denied everything even though I had proof. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and accountability from your hotel. The fact that my safety and privacy were compromised is unacceptable and has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. They also have not asked for the key which is concerning knowing that anyone would be able to enter the room! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST! BEWARE AND JUST KNOW THAT THEY WILL ENTER YOUR ROOM EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR! The location is not so great, the management is horrible, and the “free” breakfast is the same nasty cold food daily! You can afford a better hotel for this price, I promise!

We loved our stay here! The staff was so helpful with setting up water taxi transportation from the airport and to the train station. Very quiet area within walking distance to all the major sites. The room was very clean and comftorable. The breakfast was awesome as well, brought right to our room at our requested time. If we ever return to Venice we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location to get in and out of Venice by water taxi. We arranged water taxis through the staff and didn’t have to manage any stairs with our luggage with the exception of the BNB itself where it was just one flight. Large breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Very clean and lovely rooms on the second floor of quiet side street. Thanks for the lovely stay.
