Everything was fine, large room, high ceiling and very central location. Only downside if you have a room facing the street in summer: loud noise from the bar across the street because you have to sleep with open windows to get fresh air during the night.

Well located, Room decent size for the price. It had clean towels and bedsheets but it was so dusty that made my lungs hurt 🤕, had to sleep with my window open every single day to be able to breathe, and I think the carpets were never hovered also. Also spent 4 nights and never had my room cleaned or bedsheets or towels changed.

1. You barely get your luggage up the stairs - they are really small and extremely high. (Danger: falling possible) 2. There were weird black spots up the wall, possibly mold? 3. The carpet gave me anxiety 4. We only had one towel per person and it barely covered my body. 5. One morning we woke up and the blinders were down randomly? I still do not understand what happened there 6. The blanket cover was only a sheet which lead to the naked blanket touching me at night - literal chills 7. Some spots in the bathroom were dirty - some of them black, some brown (humiliating) 8. One light bulb was warm white, while the other one was cold white PLUS they had different shapes.. What was that for? Positive: 1. The heating was on the whole time - very cosy 2. Venice was beautiful 3. The location of the hotel was great

KEEP AWAY SCAM ARTISTS!! Booked a room with the payment at the property option. A few weeks before the trip received an email with the cancelation of it: the property falsely alleged my card was not valid. Later on got told by another customer that their modus operandi is to cancel reservations that we’re made at a low price and let other people that pay more for the same room book them. Obviously had to rush into booking another accomodation last minute for a much larger cost. Try to contact the property via the platform I used to book the room and obviously have not heard from them.

Good location, but a very uncomfortable stay. It's near San Marco, one of the major attractions, but the room was muggy and hot. We opened the window, but then I couldn't sleep because of the mosquito that flew in the screenless windows. The bathroom had black mold in it, so I didn't even want to shower. The hostel does not have laundry facilities, but there's a laundromat across the street that charges €10/kg, which is obviously far more expensive than a real hostel. The receptionist was not very helpful, and only gave me a map of the city, as he didn't really speak too much English, and he didn't even know about the free walking tour. Finally, the narrow steps are a possible hazard for the less nimble. I considered moving, but it's outside my budget. I would definitely not recommend it.
