Great if you want to party all night on the Reeperbahn, awful if you want to sleep. Rooms aren’t soundproofed adequately so just heard absurdly loud techno all night, despite wearing earplugs. Business travellers and families should avoid.

Very modern and chic hotel in a central location. Rooms are small but chic and clean Very positive: coffee, high-quality sweets free of charge at reception. Receptionists were very friendly to us We were there from Saturday to Sunday: loud partying right outside the window with unmistakable police announcements. So we didn't have the most restful night, but the hotel can't do anything about that. Overall a recommendation! :)

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the week. Super nice rooms, the price-performance ratio was good and above all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is really good, direct access to public transport, you are immediately in the middle of the action. The jetties can also be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. However, you have to expect a bit of noise and sometimes "shady" people, so don't come back to the hotel too late. ;-) Despite the busyness on the streets, you felt very safe in the hotel, from 10 p.m. entry into the hotel only with a room card, and there were a few other stops where you had to show your room card. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely come back on our next visit to Hamburg!
