Wonderful staff, extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and well provisioned. The only minor remark is that the "desk" is too small for working with a full-sized laptop but they have a "library" where you find space, quiet and power plugs aplenty. Great location.

Very satisfied, clean, quiet. Not too much, not too little, would not have wanted anything more for my business trip. Good (!) restaurants right in the neighbourhood. Rooms might be a bit small for a longer stay but among us, friends: do you visit Hamburg to stay in the room? ;) Inner city as well as harbour area are comfortably reachable on foot.

Very particular hotel, central position at walking distance from central plaza, self check in very quick and efficient. Rooms are located on several floors, well decorated with good design, bedroom and bathroom are mixed together but in an efficient way, the result is a room with much space and much more illumination compared to most part of the hotel. The only problem could be the privacy that is not granted! Shower is basically at sight except one curtain that cover only one side of it. There's a complimentary bar of chocolate and a bottle of water. Minibar is not present in the room, but in each floor is present a public area where to grab something to drink, or use the iron. In the hotel it's possible to eat some simple food like pizza, bruschette or cheese and mixed cold cuts, and of course cocktails, wine, beers. Staff is very kind and professional.

The location of the hotel is great and the concept would be great if executed with excellence. However it has many points to improve. 1. Cleaning of the room: my room was not cleaned properly, only the bed was made. No cleaning of the toilet neither new towels provided. 2. Bed sheets had stains in it and seemed too much used, not pleasant to the touch and with terrible material. 3. The room does not have long tables or place to put your luggage 4. Check in was confusing and need clear guidance from the start that it is self check in and organization of guests if many are there arriving at a similar time. 5. The building was not well maintained, the elevator for instance had broken glass. 6. No minibar in the room and water offered on the first night and not in the second. Overall I do not recommend a stay on this hotel.
